چکیده
The present work involves the study of removal Cu2+, Fe3+, Pb2+ and Zn2+ from synthetic metal solutions using natural zeolite. Laboratory experiments were used to investigate efficiency adsorbents in uptake heavy metals industrial wastewater. kinetic was identify effect parameters that affect rate adsorption evaluated their impact on zeolite Natural (clinoptilolite) as adsorbent contacted with multi-component containing ions without any pre-modifications every hour 15 ml samples filtered taken for ion concentration analysis ICP-OES. pH values monitored adjusted regularly. results showed capacity increased a greater mass absorbent, initial solution pH, agitation speed higher concentration.

متن کاملRemoval of Heavy Metals from Industrial Wastewater Using Rice Husks
Heavy metals are widely used in textile industries and significant losses occur during the manufacture and processing of textiles, and these lost heavy metals are discharged in the effluent. Adsorption of heavy metals is a new technology for treatment of wastewater containing different types of selected heavy metals. In this study, adsorbents Carbonized Rice Husk (CRH) and Activated Rice Husk (...

* Corresponding author This research focuses on understanding biosorption process and developing a cost effective technology for treatment of heavy metals-contaminated industrial wastewater. A new composite biosorbent has been prepared by coating chitosan onto acid treated oil palm shell charcoal (AOPSC). Chitosan loading on the AOPSC support is about 21% by weight. The shape of the adsorbent i...
متن کاملHeavy metal removal from wastewater using various adsorbents: a review
Heavy metals are discharged into water from various industries. They can be toxic or carcinogenic in nature and can cause severe problems for humans and aquatic ecosystems. Thus, the removal of heavy metals fromwastewater is a serious problem. The adsorption process is widely used for the removal of heavy metals from wastewater because of its low cost, availability and eco-friendly nature. Both...
